Common questions about our partnership documents
Who can apply for seed production?
Any farmer with suitable land, proper farming practices, and willingness to follow Renaissance Seeds' quality standards can apply. Experience in farming is preferred but not mandatory.
What are the requirements for distributors?
Distributors must have a registered business, storage facilities, reach to farming communities, and commitment to promoting quality seeds. Previous agricultural experience is beneficial.
How long is the application process?
Initial review takes 5-7 working days. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an interview or site visit. Full process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
Can I submit applications at any location?
Yes, you can submit completed applications at any of our locations across Malawi, including Lilongwe, Kasungu, Mponela, and Nambuma.
Is there an application fee?
No, there is no application fee. Renaissance Seeds does not charge for downloading or submitting applications.
What support do you provide to partners?
We provide technical training, ongoing support, quality seeds, and market access to all our contracted farmers and distributors.
